Madonna’s Arms Frighten On-Lookers In London

Madonna reportedly shocked people in London on Sunday as she showed off her freakish biceps and thick bulging veins on her arms in her white t-shirt. Is Madonna overdoing her workouts? Read more below.

It’s no secret that Madonna takes exercise seriously with her two hour work-outs, six days a week…. but is it too much?

And just how did Madonna get her arms to look that way?

“Oftentimes when your body fat is really, really, low, as Madonna’s is, you’re going to see veins pop,” explained Leslie Bonci, director of sports nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. “Her body fat is minimal, and she does a lot of strength training workouts that are going to build her muscles to look more visible.”

But is it healthy?

“When muscles look that way, it’s often the result of pretty restrictive eating and dehydration,” Bonci said, noting the “pop” of Madonna’s veins mimics the appearance bodybuilders attempt to achieve for competitions.

“With bodybuilders, the goal is to be sinewy, to make everything stand out. How do you get to that goal? You restrict your fluid intake. But then you might collapse on stage.”

Madonna is currently back in London with her children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, David Banda, 3 and new adopted tot Mercy, 4, after traveling around Europe with them in her Sticky And Sweet tour.

“They were the cutest couple,” another source tells People magazine. “They loved each other so much but they hardly saw each other. He starts his football training camp this week and she starts filming Keeping up with the Kardashians this week. They just need a break right now.”

Farrah Fawcett passed away last month after her battlewith anal cancer at age 62.

Fawcett was in a relationship with Ryan O’Neal for fifteen years ended in 1997. The couple got back together in 2006.

Farrah had updated her will in 2007 and left her $5.5 million dollar estate to her 24 year-old son, Redmond, who is currently in jail.

The Mail Online UK reported that Farrah Fawcett requested Redmond’s inheritance be placed in a trust fund and controlled by two executors, who will give him a monthly allowance and funds to buy his own home.

A source tells the newspaper, “Farrah appointed two trustees to make sure the money supports her son’s journey into sobriety rather than giving him the means to destroy himself. Redmond’s inheritance will be tightly controlled.”

Farrah reportedly also left a portion of her money to Texas University.

Shia LaBeouf had his driver’s license suspended back in January because he refused a breathilizer test after his July 27 car crash.

The accident landed the Transformer’s actor in the hospital with an injured hand.

LaBeouf’s suspension began on January 17 and was to last for a year.

But Shia doesn’t seem to be paying the suspension any attention as he tooled around on his scooter without a helmet and with his injured hand.

Patrick Swayze Suffered A Heart Attack

The National Enquirer has reported that actor Patrick Swayze has suffered a heart attack. And apparently the drugs he’s taking to fight his cancer might have triggered the attack. Read more on Patrick Swayze’s scare below!

Swayze’s doctors discovered the heart attack during a routine medical appointment.

Apparently the drugs used to fight Swayze’s cancer could have possibly triggered his heart attack. Now Patrick’s doctors have to make a difficult decision on whether to protect his heart or continue his treatment regimen.

Patrick, 56, had been in so much pain and on so many medications that he never dreamed he was having a heart attack. Swayze assumed it was just symptoms from his cancer.

“After the doctor told him, Patrick was floored,” said the family insider.

“He knew his cancer would never be cured, but was encouraged at the way he was responding to treatment.

“Then came the heart attack!”

Solange wrote on her Twitter page that she was going through a ‘i wanna cut all my Hair off & have a fade (cropped haircut) phase’.

Solange has worn wigs and hair extensions in the past so probably was sick of that!

Oddly enough, Solange has stated in previous interviews that she gets tired of comparison to her sister Beyonce. And even mentioned going crazy and shaving her head.

‘Sometimes I say she’s not my sister. Other times I say I’ve stuffed her in my suitcase and sent it to Dubai.

‘I have to have fun with it or I’ll turn into Britney - shave my head and go totally crazy.’

Hopefully Solange hasn’t lost it, but debuted her new haircut while out and about in Los Angeles with her 4 year-old son, Juelz.

Solange attended a Dita Von Teese performance at an LA nightspot, but donned a brunette wig for the occasion.

Kelis Will Receive Almost $44,000 A Month In Child Support From Nas

A judge has ordered rapper Nas to pay his ex Kelis almsost $44,000 in monthly support. This ruling comes a day after Kelis gave birth to the divorcing couple’s baby boy. Read more on this story below.

The Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Louis Meisinger issued the order at the Thursday hearing. Nas (Nasir Jones) and Kelis did not attend the hearing.

Kelis gave birth to her baby boy named Knight at a New York hospital on Wednesday. Kelis, 29, filed for divorce from Nas in April. The couple had been married since July 2003.

The couple ha been fighting over support payments for several months, with Kelis Rogers stating that Nas hadn’t paid for her pregnancy expenses.

But Nas’ attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told the judge the rapper has paid $30,000 in expenses and the former couple’s health insurance has been maintained. The judge also ordered Jones to pay $45,000 to pay Kelis’ attorney fees and for a forensic accountant.

Kelis Jones delivered her son Knight Jones on Wednesday evening around 9 p.m., according to Rogers’ publicist, Tracy Nguyen. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Kaplan said Jones arrived at the hospital about five minutes before his son was born. Nguyen said Rogers’ mother and sister were in the hospital room for the birth. “The beautiful baby boy and his mother are doing wonderful,” Nguyen said in a statement.

Michael Jackson’s Family Requests Funds

Attorney’s handling Michael Jackson’s estate have kept busy and are now seeking a court-ordered grant for his three children and mother.

A lawyer who represented the temporary executors of Jackson’s estate requested the judge to approve the allowance. The judge will consider the request, but will not be announced until August 3.





It is still not known just how much money the children or their grandmother will receive, but they are the main beneficiaries of the King of Pop’s estate.

While they wait to find out more about his estate, Katherine has been named temporary guardian of Prince , Paris and Blanket.

Kate Major Quits Her Job

Kate Major and Jon Gosselin must be getting close – seeing that the tabloid writer has now resigned.

“Star Senior Reporter Kate Major resigned this morning, Thursday, July 23, citing a conflict of interest between her reporting duties for the magazine and her relationship with Jon Gosselin,” read a statement on Star’s website.





Major attended a dinner party with Gosselin Saturday in NYC and joined him for another one on Wednesday at the Hamptons with Michael Lohan and Real Housewife Jill Zarin.

“I think it’s authentic,” Zarin told Us magazine of Gosselin’s relationship with Major. “I think it’s fast. I think it happened very quickly.”

The 32-year-old Gosselin has not made any comments about the relationship between him and Major, although reports have said that Major has called herself his girlfriend.

And drama could be stirring since just recently Gosselin admitted to dating Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old daughter of the surgeon who performed ex-wife Kate’s tummy tuck.

Rihanna and Jay-Z’s Big Bill

What do you get when you put two huge celebrity singers together? A big party!

Rihanna and Jay-Z flew out to London on Tuesday and headed right to the hot spot in Mayfair, Vendome, where they spent a $16,000 bar bill.


The money spent was nothing to superstar Jay-Z who spent $24,000 on dinner for his entourage last year in July.

“Rihanna and Jay-Z arrived together and requested a private booth with two security guards,” an onlooker told British newspaper The Sun. . “They ordered several bottles of vodka, tequila and red wine and were clearly enjoying themselves. They sat next to each other and chatted away like old pals.”

And we can only imagine how wild the night got. “Rihanna was in high spirits and by the end of the evening she was up dancing, showing off some raunchy moves.”

Lady GaGa: Kermit the Frog Cutie

Putting her odd fashion sense on display, Lady GaGa donned a jacket made completely of Kermit the Frog dolls while interviewing for a German television show on Monday (July 20).

“My friends and I in New York dress this way because it’s the way we live,” the “Poker Face” singer explained. “We believe in vanity.”




Continuing to explain her unique outfits and look, GaGa tells, “I dress this way because my whole life is art, and my whole life is performance.”

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old adds, “You don’t need money to live the way I live. All you need is a good idea and creativity.”

Angelina Jolie and Maddox Take Flight

Getting ready for a flight out of town, Angelina Jolie and her son Maddox were spotted arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 21).

The “Wanted” actress was dressed in all-black, hopping out of a chauffeured ride as she guided her young son into the terminal entrance.




The trip out of town comes amidst tabloid rumors that Brad purchased a bachelor pad in Big Sur, California as a personal getaway.

“Brad wanted a retreat there for years, ever since he and [ex-wife] Jennifer Aniston started visiting the area when they were married,” a source told the British tabloids.

“It’s a good time to buy, and I’m not just talking about the economy. The pressure he’s feeling now with Angelina is reason enough. Angie just doesn’t like Big Sur… It’s too quiet for her tastes. And the house is a tiny fixer-upper, so there’s no room for her and all the kids anyway,” the alleged insider adds.

Bam Margera Rushed to Hospital - Possible Overdose

According to TMZ, Bam Margera, the star of Viva la Bam, Jack Ass and others, was rushed ot the hospital yesterday. Paramedics arrived at his house in West Chester PA in response to a 911 call for a “possible drug overdose.”

All that we know so far is that this happened yesterday around 1:30pm.

UPDATE- April Margera called into a Philidelphia radio station to explain what actually happened yesterday afternoon. Bam was reportedly very dehydrated after filming for the MTV show “Nitro Circus.” There were no drugs involved. Basic partying may have led to his dehydration as well.

Brown had been advised by his attorney earlier not to comment but Brown wanted to finally be able to speak out and apologize for his naughty behavior. February he has been advised by his attorney not to make any comments. He wanted to finally speak and apologize for what he has done.

Brown says “I have told Rihanna countless times and I’m telling you today that I’m truly, truly sorry”

Brown admits that what he did was unacceptable. He says “I can only ask and pray that you forgive me. I hope that others learn from my mistake. I intend to live my life so I am truly worthy of the term role model.”
