Amy Winehouse’s Grief-Stricken Parents Mitch & Janis Visit Shrine (Video)

Mitch and Janis Winehouse visited the shrine made by fans outside their daughter Amy’s house in Camden on Monday morning. See the heartbreaking video of their visit here.

Amy Winehouse’s parents, Mitch and Janis, walked around viewing the memorials made up of cards, paintings, photos, and flowers, set up outside their daughter’s home by her fans.

They were joined by Amy’s brother, Alex, and the singer’s former boyfriend, Reg Traviss.

Mitch paid tribute to the fans who had come to pay their respects, following the tragic death of Amy Winehouse on Saturday.

Mitch addressed the crowd, stating, “You people in the street, I can’t tell you what this means to us – it really is making this a lot easier for us.

“Amy was about one thing and that was love, her whole life was devoted to her family and her friends and to you guys as well. We’re devastated and I’m speechless but thanks for coming.”

The exact cause of Amy Winehouse’s death will remain a mystery for weeks as autopsy results were inconclusive.

Toxicology test results are expected in 2-4 weeks.

Here’s Mitch, Janis, Alex, and Reg Traviss visiting the shrine:

Amy Winehouse Found Dead In London Home (Photos/Videos)

British singer Amy Winehouse was found dead in her Camden home after police received an emergency call for help. Amy Winehouse was 27.

We all saw this coming a mile away, but what a sad tragedy for a young woman so full of talent!

Amy Winehouse, the troubled singer who has battled years of drug and alcohol addictions, was discovered dead at her North London flat.

Police report that paramedics discovered Winehouse’s body at around 4:15 p.m. after an emergency call.

London police confirmed responding on Saturday afternoon in response to “a woman found deceased.”

“On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene,” a police statement said.

“At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained,” police said.

For now, Amy’s cause of death is not known but police do not expect foul play.

Winehouse’s death comes weeks after she canceled her entire European tour after her Belgrade show, where she wandered aimlessly on stage and slurred through her songs.

Amy married Blake Fielder-Civil in 2007 and the relationship was a tumultuous one. Blake was incarcerated in 2008 and the couple divorced in 2009.

Sources report Amy Winehouse died of a drug overdose.

Justin Bieber's Vanity Fair Lowest Selling Issue in 12 Years

Justin Bieber may have more than 10 million Twitter followers, and a hit with his documentary Never Say Never -- but that doesn't translate into newsstand sales for the magazine covers he graces.

The February Vanity Fair that featured the 17-year-old covered in lipstick kisses is on track to become the worst selling issue in 12 years, Women's Wear Daily reports. It may also become one of the three worst sellers for the magazine since Graydon Carter was named editor in chief in 1992.

“Who knew 12-year-olds didn’t buy magazines?” said a Vanity Fair spokeswoman.

It's sold 246,000 copies, according to Audit Bureau of Circulation's' Rapid Report -- which is not yet audited, so numbers could change slightly.

But if the numbers remain, the Bieber cover will be the magazine's lowest-selling cover since July 1999, when Will Smith appeared on a black stallion to promote Wild, Wild West. That sold 202,701 copies. The second-lowest selling cover was in July 1993, featuring Harrison Ford, which sold 243,000 copies.

Bieber didn't only lower numbers for Vanity Fair. His October 2010 Teen Vogue cover sold 121,054 copies, which is about 12 percent below the magazine's 2010 average, WWD points out.

People's April 2010 Bieber cover sold 961,762 copies, which was down 25 percent from its annual sales in 2010, and became the third worst seller of the weekly that year.

Lil Mama Breaks Down On The Breakfast Club Morning Show Read more: Lil Mama Breaks Down On The Breakfast Club Morning Show

Earlier today, Power 105.1fm’s The Breakfast Club gave rapper and America’s Best Dance Crew host Lil Mama, what they called ‘an intervention’. Withing a minute of the interview, Charlamagne wasted no time before he started taking jabs at her looks. “It’s like you, Greg Oden and Lebron James may have the same gene. Like y’all young with old faces; you may have Benjamin Button Syndrome. If you’re face was the bible, it would be the old testament”.

For the most part, Lil Mama handled her own as she took Charlamagne’s cheap shots like a pro while speaking on everything from her recent comments towards Nicki Minaj, to the infamous moment when she crashed Jay-z and Alicia Keys performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, however, it was Angela Yee who brought her to tears after she told Lil Mama that she felt like she wasn’t focused on her music anymore. Lil Mama went on to talk about her struggle, especially that of her mom who passed away from Cancer a few years ago. “I put out an album at 17 when my mother was dying of cancer. That’s hard”.

Check out a few excerpts from the interview plus the video below:

Do you believe Nicki Minaj stole your style?
I mean it is what it is. My side is very neutral. The last time we seen any female emcees before Nicki there was me. When it came to radio interviews or whatever, people would always be like “where are the female emcees?” At this point where I’ve stepped back a little from music still continuing with television and my career, people probably ask her that same question. So, it’s just a lot of controversy around just being a female in Hip Hop. I think that a lot of times our community really focuses on celebrating one female emcee at a time and I think that’s where it comes in, that controversy…the who stole what style…at the end of the day, I’m talented and there’s only one Lil Mama.

Why don’t you like Nicki? If anything you should be happy for her.
Yeah, I am happy for any young woman especially a woman that comes from a minority community such as myself. I know how hard it is and you have to have tough skin so at the end of the day, anybody that’s doing their thing, I genuinely respect that.

What made you feel like you could get up on stage with Alicia Keys and Jay-Z?
I’ve always been apart of Hip Hop just put it like that. If you get your limelight whether you’re 16, 21 or wherever you at, you get your lime when you get your lime but if you’re apart of Hip Hop, if you’re a child of Hip hop, your going to always be a part of Hip Hop. In my day, in my era Ralph McDaniel, just being five and being at block parties you can go on stage. If you see an award show, you’ll see people go on stage, you’ll see that energy and it will be received. So, maybe my love was misconcepted…I don’t know, I had a good time.

Charlamagne: You have a lot of confidence and that’s a good thing but you actually have to [accomplish] a lot more before you come off as cocky
But I didn’t come off as cocky, I come off as confident and I believe in God. I’m a high believer in God and I know who I am. I’m not going to come up to a radio station or anywhere else and let anyone strip me of my pride. I know who I am, so when you talk about cocky there are so many people that are out here who haven’t done anything.

On stepping away from music (crying)
Listen, I’ve taken a step away from music already. I’m getting back into the music now. I’m not here to say what I’m going to do. When I was 17-years-old, I put out an album while my mother was dying of cancer. That right there alone is a struggle, that’s hard, that’s tough for anybody but my music will speak for itself, my actions will speak for itself, my mother will be proud, my father will be proud at the end of the day. Nobody can stop me period.

How did your mother feel about your music career?
My mother was a musician. My mother was raw, she was real, she was official so, she loved music and I love music. I’m not here to encourage anybody to support me…I’m not here for none of that. I’m just here to let y’all know what it is. You take it or leave it.

I think you should stop focuses on the gimmicks. Right now, you’re like a caricature.
But you’re the person that’s promoting that and you’re suppose to be a person that’s from my community, a Hip Hop community that’s suppose to support the youth that’s coming out of here. I understand your character, I understand you’re here to bash people, make jokes and be funny, I get it, I totally get it but at the end of the day keep it official with yourself. If y’all are not supporting the youth, if y’all are not supporting the young people that’s coming out of this community, nobody else will support them. They follow radio and listen to whatever y’all play. So when y’all young kids grow up to be hoes and drug dealers it’s because of you. I’m going to me regardless; I’m not changing who I am because of the promotion. I don’t look at TV or radio and say “Oh, I’m going to be a hoe now. Oh, I’m going to do this. Oh, I’m going to talk like this. Oh, I’m going to get a tattoo that says, ‘I’m a doll.’ Oh, I’m going to get a chain that says I’m a doll.” I’m Lil’ Mama until the day I die period.

I’m sure some of these things affect you; does it hurt your feelings?
None of this hurts my feelings. Thinking about my struggle and thinking about how hard it really was losing my mom and having pressure from a label and everybody asking me about an album and all that stuff, just to think about that of course, I’m going to get a little emotional, I’m a woman, women are emotional. At the end of the day, I’m a strong black woman, I know where I’m from and I know how I was built, so at the end of the day, none of this stuff can destroy me. Like when y’all kept bringing up about getting onstage with Jay-Z when I’m suppose to be supported as a young black woman and people suppose to get it together and fix yourself, everybody bashed me and tried to treat me like I was a criminal. I would’ve crumbled then but I’m still going and I’m still standing.

There has been times that Lil Mama may have gotten above herself in interviews but she’s definitely misunderstood. It hurt my heart a little bit when she started crying while talking about her mother. That’s hard for anyone to deal with at a young age and then to be chastised in an interview as well as on a consistent basis….but she handles it like a ‘G’. I’m glad to see it ended on a positive note, though…

Lady GaGa Wrote a Bunch of Crazy Words

Should I have mentioned she’s also dressed like a leather Nazi cat-prostitute? I just assumed it was implied.

Lady GaGa has admitted to using cocaine to fuel her creativity which is pretty much all you need to know going into this open letter for the latest issue of V Magazine titled, “I DON’T SPEAK GERMAN BUT I CAN IF YOU LIKE.” (On that note, if you’re a theater major, now would be a good time to stop reading and make me my latte. Non-fat!)

Art is a lie. And every day I kill to make it true. It is my destiny to exist halfway between reality and fantasy at all times. They call me “theatrical,” but I posit profusely that I am theatre, and that theatre is me. I am a show with no intermission. It is this thing that summons me from the depths of reality and reminds me that the power of transformation is endless. That I (we) possess something magical and transformative inside —  a uniqueness and specialness waiting to be exiled from the depths of our identity. I have said before that I am a master of escapism, which many attribute to my wigs, performances, and my natural inclination to be grand, but perhaps that is also a lie. Maybe I am not escaping. Maybe I am just being. Being myself.
The arrival at this revelation revises my previous escapist philosophies, as my entire being, thus far, as wholly artist and wholly human, has been propelled by the idea that I must effortlessly vacillate between two worlds: out of the real and into the surreal. Out of the ordinary, into the extraordinary.
“I DON’T SPEAK GERMAN BUT I CAN IF YOU LIKE.”

And my brain just melted. Except not before replaying my entire life and also reminding me that I’ve read GaGa’s speech somewhere before. Almost word-for-word even:

Look what I’m dealing with, man. I’m dealing with fools and trolls. I’m dealing with soft targets, and it’s just strafing runs in my underwear before my first cup of coffee. … They lay down with their ugly wives and their ugly children and just look at their loser lives and then they look at me and say, ‘I can’t process it.’ Well, no, and you never will! Stop trying! Just sit back and enjoy the show.
The only thing I’m addicted to is winning. This bootleg cult, arrogantly referred to as Alcoholics Anonymous, reports a 5 percent success rate. My success rate is 100 percent. I cured it with my brain, with my mind. I cured it, I’m done … I’m gonna hang out with these two smoking hotties and fly privately around the world.
I got magic and I got poetry in my fingertips, most of the time, and this includes naps. I’m an F-18, bro, and I will destroy you in the air and I WILL DEPLOY MY ORDINANCE INTO THE GROUND.

Watch! MTV Releases Clip of Snooki's Car Crash

What better tease for Season 4 could MTV possibly give us than a glimpse at Snooki's little fender bender? In the teaser trailer for Jersey Shore showing the cast taking Italy by storm, MTV proudly announces, "Italy Gets Smushed," followed by Pauly D expressing his reservations about Snooki driving stick. "Good luck with that," he quips. Silly Pauly. Snooki's the luckiest little meatball on earth.

Unfortunately, between manual transmission, the roundabouts, the tiny smart cars, and the unfamiliar traffic signage, poor Snooki just got overwhelmed and smacked right into a cop car. The clip shows the officers getting hoisted into an ambulance, and Snooki getting carted away by police, while The Situation laments, "Now she's in the Italian jail!"

Of course, no punishment befell Snooki, other than her international license getting revoked, but we're sure the incident turned the house into a circus, anyway.

Protesters Yell “Killer” As Casey Anthony Is Released From Jail (Video)

Casey Anthony was released from jail today after being found not guilty of killing her daughter Caylee. But protesters held up signs and yelled “killer” as Casey was released from the Orlando jail. See video here.

Casey, 25, wore a hot pink t-shirt and jeans as she left the Orange County jail with two police officers and her lawyer, Jose Baez.

News crews and around 1,000 protesters awaited Anthony’s release. Some demonstrators screamed “Killer!”

Casey was acquitted of charges including first degree murder and aggravated manslaughter stemming from the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee.

But Anthony was found guilty of lying to authorities and sentenced to four years in prison. But Casey was released on Sunday due to time already served.

Most people are angry about the verdicts and Casey has received death threats. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said it isn’t planning to provide security for her once she left the jail.

There is no word on exactly where Casey will be heading. But her parents say she will not be allowed to stay at their home, having pretty much destroyed any possible relationship with her family.

Okay, So Lady Gaga Might Have a Penis...

Lady Gaga gave an impromptu performance at Arq in Sydney, Australia last night which I think might be a gay bar. Too early to tell. Anyway, she’s definitely packing something in her pants which makes me remember all those countless hours I you, definitely you, spent wondering if she really is a hermaphrodite. So, let’s settle this decision once for all and agree to stay on the same page from here on out.

Singer Adele Ordered Not To Speak Or Sing For A Month

British soul singer Adele Adkins has been suffering from laryngitis and has now been ordered by her physicians to rest her voice for a month.

Singer Adele, 23, was diagnosed with laryngitis in May, which forced her to cancel several shows.

A specialist warned the singer that she would risk damaging her voice if she she performed.

Singer Adele’s Rolling in the Deep video:

But after a few weeks of rest, her throat problems have refused to get better. Now the singer has been banned from talking and singing for four weeks.

A source revealed, “Adele’s voice is very special. But if she continues to abuse it in the way she has, then she could lose it completely.”

Adele recently quit smoking cigarettes and drinking liquor to help her voice but quickly quit the healthy plan after finding the lifestyle to be “boring”.

She tells Britain’s Glamour magazine, “I gave up smoking for two months… It was f**king grim. I had laryngitis about a week before the album came out and it was so frightening. I stopped smoking, drinking, eating or drinking citrus, spicy foods and caffeine. It was so f**king boring. When my album went to number one here (in Britain) and in America, I just sat in my room and watched TV because I couldn’t go out and talk to anyone.

“My voice was better when I wasn’t smoking. Within a week I noticed it had changed, but I’d rather my voice be a bit s**t so I can have a f**king laugh.”
