Beyonce was in Rio de Janeiro performing for 30,000 people, but the evening ended badly with police having to open fire on teenagers that were shooting at people waiting for taxis to leave the show.

Beyonce, 29, was not hurt and there were no serious injuries reported.

Knowles has been in Brazil working on her new video with Alicia Keys for their single “Put It In A Love Song”.

The bootylicious singer had planned to stay in Rio de Janeiro for this weekend’s carnival, but will be flying out for next weeks BRIT Awards.

Director Kevin Smith “Too Fat” To Fly On Southwest?

Director Kevin Smith was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight yesterday for being a “safety risk”, in other words they said he is too fat to fly. Damn! Read more on this story below.

Kevin Smith was ready to fly from Oakland to Burbank and was already seated when approached by a Southwest attendant named Suzanne who “told me Captain Leysath deemed me a ’safety risk.’”

Smith had flown out to Oakland on a Southwest Airlines flight, and later flew out on one as well.

Kevin wrote on his Twitter page:

“I know I’m fat,” the 39-year-old wrote via Twitter. “But was Captain Leysath [sic] really justified in throwing me off a flight for which I was already seated?”

“I’m way fat,” Smith tweeted, “But I’m not THERE just yet. But if I am, why wait til my bag is up, and I’m seated WITH ARM RESTS DOWN. In front of a packed plane with a bunch of folks who’d already I.d.ed me as ‘Silent Bob’.”

Smith said Southwest offered him a $100 voucher, and eventually flew on a Southwest flight despite the incident. But Kevin Smith is still really pissed according to his expletive-filled posts on Twitter.

Recently a man in California, Scott Moore, announced his pregnancy and is expected to give birth this month.

Flavor Flav Owes Over $63,000 In Child Support

William Drayton Jr., aka Flavor Flav, will soon be facing charges for owing over $63,000 in back child support. Read more on this story below.


Angie Parker, who is mother to three of Flavor Flav’s seven children, won a court judgement in January to increase her child support from $117 to $837.72 .

This court ruling was made to include their third child, who was born years after their original child support agreement. The new deal also covers the children’s tuition at a private school.

Flavor Flav denies not paying his child support and said, “The judgement is recent as I was just made aware of it. I’ll certainly be addressing it.
“However, I’ve made payments on my children’s tuition, and have made direct payment to the mother outside of the court order.”

Flavor Flav, 50, also reportedly owes over $183,000 in unpaid taxes.
