Chaz Bono had a sex change, undergoing “irreversible surgery” on September 23, 2009. In court documents his physician wrote, “Chaz Bono has completed his gender reassignment surgery.”
Chaz’ transformation from a woman to a man started last year with hormones and surgery to remove his breasts. Chaz hasn’t come out and said if he had surgery below the belt or not, claiming it is too private
