Though she’s only 15, Miley Cyrus already has a way with the media. And earlier tonight she was hamming it up on the red carpet at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.
The “7 Things” sweetie actually got a chance to chat with her fellow Best New Artist nominees, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry (who recently made a comment that she’d like to kiss the “Hannah Montana” starlet).
And Miley looked absolutely fabulous in a sleeveless black sequined belted dress teamed with a pair of strappy black heels as she posed with Swift, Perry, and her mom Tish.
