The “Labor Pains” actress wasn’t messing around when she made her way down the red carpet, sporting a sexy black form fitting dress, complete with matching platform heels.
And of course, Miss Lohan was joined by her deejay girlfriend Samantha Ronson as she meandered around the Paramount Studios venue.
