Nicole Richie Injured In Car Accident!!

Nicole Richie has been injured in a car accident in Beverly Hills. Apparently the driver of the other vehicle was driving without a license. Read more on Nicole’s injuries below.

Nicole Richie was reportedly rear-ended by a man trying to take her photograph and he was driving without a license which is a misdemeanor. His car is being impounded.

Thankfully Richie’s two children -Harlow, 20 months, and Sparrow, born Sept. 9 – were not in the vehicle at the time of her accident. Nicole had an unidentified male passenger in her car, but no word on his condition yet.

Nicole was reported to be in pain but wanted to see her own doctor. She left the accident scene in her friend’s Range Rover. Richie is currently at Cedars Sinai hospital, and her boyfriend and father of her two children was spotted arriving to be with her.

RadarOnline has reported that the driver of the vehicle that struck Richie is Eduardo Arrivabene. He is being arrested for driving without a license.

Russell Brand Says Of Katy Perry: I Think I’m In Love!

The couple seemed to hit it off during the Video Music Awards with Russell Brand and Katy Perry flirting quite a bit and later making out at the after party. This was followed by a romantic getaway to Thailand.

Russell, 34, was quoted by The Sun as saying about Katy, 24, “I think I’m in love.” Of course Russell could be joking as he does quite often.

British tabloid The Sun reported:

SEX-mad RUSSELL BRAND was pining for his pop star girlfriend KATY PERRY yesterday – and confessed: “I think I’m in love.”

Amazingly the randy telly star, famed for dating a string of beautiful girls, could finally give up his womanising for dark-haired Katy, 24.

Pals say he is besotted with the I Kissed A Girl singer, who is currently at Paris Fashion Week, and no longer has eyes for anyone else.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun at his £2million home in Hampstead, North London, Russell said: “I think I’m in love.”

But asked about his nights of passion with Katy, he said coyly: “I don’t think I should be drawn on that.”

Then, dressed in black jeans and a leather jacket, he sped off to the gym. A giant marrow was delivered by a man on a pushbike while he was away.

Russell and Katy’s relationship got off to a romantic start after they met at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

He sent her a love poem by email and she replied with a snapshot of her boobs.

They had to part on Saturday morning when Katy left for Paris.

Russell was a little alarmed to see photos of her arm in arm with a mystery man in the city. But friends reckon she is dead keen on Russell, 34.

Jennifer says her hopes in the future for her son David Otunga Jr are for him to be happy. She said they will “definitely encourage education. His father is an education fanatic so we definitely want him to get an education and go to school. … My mom always said, ‘Whatever you want to do, I’ll support you as long as you’re happy.’ So I will do the same.”

Jon Gosselin Makes Unauthorized Withdrawal Of $200,000 From Joint Account!!

Things have been tense between Jon and Kate Gosselin for quite a while now, but Jon Gosselin could reportedly be held in contempt for withdrawing $200,000 from he and Kate’s joint bank account. Read more on this story below.

Kate Gosselin’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said that Jon never informed Kate that he was going to remove a large sum of money from their joint account last week. And the court had already stated not to take significant amount of money out of the joint accounts without the other’s approval.

Singer says he e-mailed a stern letter to Jon’s attorney on Friday Jon hasn’t responded.

“They have not responded. I’m sure he will respond by going on another TV show,” says Singer.

Kate Gosselin learned about the withdrawal after receiving overdraft notices on the joint account. She contacted the bank who informed her that Jon had removed $200,000 and left her only $1,000 in their account.

This week Jon Gosselin was dropped from the TLC series Jon & Kate Plus Eight, and they were re-vamping the show to be Kate Plus 8. But now Jon suddenly finds the show damaging to his children.

Las Vegas Casino Going After Joe Francis For Gambling Debts… Over $2 Million!

The Girls Gone Wild creator, Joe Francis, was ordered to pay his $2 million debt to Wynn’s casino in Las Vegas, but the amount has now gone up to $2,942,272 after interest and legal fees were added.

Now a California court has given the casino the right to go after Francis’ assets in California, which will include his Bel Air Mansion!

Francis acquired the huge gambling debt over two years ago and now will owe almost $3 million. But now it looks like the casino will get what’s coming to them even if it includes Joe Francis’ mansion and other assets in CA.

Joe Francis caught a break after making a plea deal on taxes he owes.

In addition to this legal trouble, Francis is also being sued by Brody Jenner’s playmate girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, for allegedly hitting her.

Oh man! We are betting douchebag Jon Gosselin wishes he hadn’t gone on “The Insider” where he went head-to-head with CNN’s Nancy Grace. Nancy chewed Jon Gosselin a new one. Read more and see the video below.

CNN’s Nancy Grace certainly isn’t one to mince words and her appearance on The Insider was no different.

“For years Jon, you had your children on TV on a reality show, but suddenly when it’s no longer ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8,’ it’s ‘Kate Plus 8,’ you suddenly have a problem with it and you want it all to come to an end? I don’t believe that,” Grace stated.

Then when Jon said he’d like to work things out with Kate, Nancy really worked him over.

“You can’t go out with one 22-year-old after the next while she’s at home with the children and say you want to work it out. That’s not working it out, Jon Gosselin,” she added.

Nancy can be a little mean at times but she had some really good points in their interview with Gosselin.

Nancy pointed out that every question asked about the children suddenly was turned around to be all about him. Jon said, “I know I was passive, I know I was an avoider. Grace interjected, “Why is this always about you? Why are we talking about you? You were asked about your children.”

Jon had his lawyer Mark Jay Heller beside him but he was no match for the sharp-tongued Nancy Grace.

President Obama Calls Kanye West A “Jackass”

In an “off the record” segment of Obama’s interview with CNBC, Obama commented on the Kanye West and Taylor Swift incident saying that Kanye acted like a “Jackass”. Read more and hear the actual audio of Obama slamming Kanye below.

It’s pretty bad when the President of the United States calls you a Jackass. And that’s just what happened…

Obama’s comments were caught by ABC newsman Terry Moran. Moran tweeted: “Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a ‘jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”

But because the comments were supposed to be off the record, Moran took the tweet down… but not before many people read it!

The audio was captured just before Obama’s interview with CNBC, and Obama was discussing Kanye’s antics onstage at the MTV awards and said, “I thought that was really inappropriate,” adding, “He’s a jackass.”

Immediately after his comments the President said, “Cut the President some slack.”

Lady GaGa Meets Up with Madonna at Marc Jacobs Show

Back out just one night after attending the MTV Video Music Awards, Lady GaGa was on-hand for the Marc Jacobs 2010 Spring Fashion Show at the NY State Armory on Monday night (September 14).

Joining up with Madonna (who was out with beau Jesus Luz) and Marc Jacobs for a few photo ops, the “Poker Face” singer then headed along on her way to check out the latest styles from the popular designer.



Meanwhile, it sounds as if GaGa has garnered the respect of the Material Girl, who told press at the VMAs: “I just saw Lady GaGa. She looks like she’s going to carnival in Venice, very beautiful.”

When asked if the many comparisons of the two have caused any ill feelings, Madge replied, “No, I’m very flattered.”

Hulk Hogan Sues Lawyers For Billing Him Over $1 Million For Son Nick Bollea’s Car Accident

Former wrestler Hulk Hogan has filed a lawsuit against his former lawyers for billing him over $1 million for services that Hogan says should have been free. Read more on this story below.

Hogan is mad at Zuckerman Spaeder representatives for how they handled his son Nick Bollea’s 2007 car crash, which resulted in passenger John Graziano’s severe brain damage.

Hogan claims executives at the law firm were contacted by experts at his car insurance company, Progressive, who offered to provide Hogan with legal representation for free.

In the court documents filed on Monday in Florida, Hogan alleges Zuckerman Spaeder exes knew about the Progressive offer for 17 months which resulted in costing him “in excess of one million dollars” in legal fees.

But by the time Hulk heard of the Progressive offer, his policy holders had “terminated the relationship” and refused to cover the majority of his legal fees.

Hogan’s son, Nick Bollea, served 166 days of an eight-month prison sentence last year for his part in the high speed collision. Graziano was finally released from a Florida hospital last week.

Kate Gosselin Steps Out in NYC, Talks Meltdown

Taking a break from her Reading, Pennsylvania surroundings, Kate Gosselin was spotted returning to her New York City hotel earlier today (September 14).

Joined by bodyguard Steve Neild, the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” mother looked a bit cranky as she pushed past the paparazzi and headed inside.


During her appearance on “The View” this morning, Kate seemed overwhelmed as her co-hosts chatted away about all kinds of issues. But when it came time to talk about mental breakdowns (via Serena Williams’ meltdown at the US Open), Kate spoke up.

“This is definitely, I’m not going to lie, difficult. The truth, for the sake of my children, I’m going to take the high road,” she replied, also admitting that she’d had her own “meltdown” over the weekend in the privacy of her home.

Patrick Swayze Passes Away at Age 57

Losing his battle with advanced pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze has passed away at the young age of 57-years-old.

According to the beloved actor’s publicist, Annett Wolf, Swayze succumbed to the terminal illness in Los Angeles on Monday (September 14) with family near his side.



Prior to his passing, Patrick continued to push forward with his acting career - as he had previously been working on a crime show called “The Beast”.

Just ahead to the beginning of the series, Mr. Swayze talked with Barbara Walters for her ABC special, saying of his illness, “I keep my heart and my soul and my spirit open to miracles,” adding that in the mean time, “I want to live.”

Kanye West Feels Like He “Messed Up Everything”

Feeling the heaps of negative press since his now-infamous moment from the MTV VMAs last night (September 13), Kanye West keeps on offering up apologies to Taylor Swift.

Via his blog, the “Graduation” rapper wrote, “I feel like Ben Stiller in ‘Meet the Parents’ when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave… That was Taylor’s moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry.”



Meanwhile, reports tell that Kanye is still scheduled to appear on the debut of “The Jay Leno Show” later tonight (September 14).

“He is still scheduled to perform,” an NBC rep told press of West’s slated performance, during which time he’ll join Jay-Z and Rihanna as Leno’s first musical acts.

Taylor Swift Talks Kanye’s Rude Interruption

Making for the most talked about moment at the MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift has penned a message regarding the rude interruption she received via Kanye West last night (September 13).

“Well, I was standing on stage because I was really excited because I had just won the award. And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on stage. And then I wasn’t so excited anymore after that,” Taylor tells.




The country cutie adds, “I’ve been getting so many text messages and everybody’s been really nice. So I’ve had a really, really fun night. It’s been interesting definitely. It’s definitely been an interesting night… I don’t know him, and I’ve never met him, so… I don’t want to start anything because I had a great night tonight.”

Then talking about Beyonce Knowles’ gracious gesture to invite her onstage at the end of the night, Miss Swift explains, “They told me to stand by the side of the stage, and I didn’t really know what was going to go down. But I thought it was so wonderful and gracious of her to do what she’s always done. She’s always been a great person before anything else. Before the talented artist, the superstar, she’s always been a great person and I just, I thought I couldn’t love Beyonce more tonight, than tonight.”

She’s definitely known for her eccentric nature, and at tonight’s 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, Lady GaGa made quite an impression as she arrived at Radio City Music Hall.

The “Just Dance” songstress displayed her usual unique fashion sense with a half-face mask and an all-black feathered dress, complete with a massive hat.





Not only will GaGa be adding to the pomp and circumstance of the evening with her presence, she’ll also be taking the stage for a sure-to-be memorable performance.

Though she’s usually known for stirring up controversy, Madonna gave a heartwarming tribute to Michael Jackson at the opening of tonight’s 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

The “Like a Virgin” kicked off the show with a monologue explaining the similarities between herself and the late King of Pop, lamenting his poor treatment at the hands of the public.


Dressed in a very fashionable black ensemble, Madge put to words the pain that so many have felt since Jackson’s passing this past June 25th.

Following Madonna’s address, Janet Jackson highlighted a dance-infused set of some of Jackson’s best-loved songs.
