Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock filed for divorce in April after reports of Jesse James’ infidelities became public.
Bullock’s divorce documents stated the marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”
Jesse and Sandra have both signed the final divorce documents and they have been filed with the clerk’s office in Travis County in Texas.
Bullock, 45, talked to People Magazine in April saying she was “sad and scared” about the end of her five-year marriage.
Jesse James’ attorney confirmed that he will be moving to Austin, Texas where Bullock owns a home.
