Lil Kim Snags Deal With Three Olives Vodka

Lil Kim was spotted yesterday on a photo shoot for Three Olives Vodka, which is the newest edition to Vodka’s 18 signature flavors. YRB caught up with the Queen B while there and she talked about her decision to participate in the campaign, as well as her promo tour and new book.

On how she became the Spokesperson for Three Olives....


[Three Olives] built the campaign around me, which I thought was really great. That was really awesome. I was really honored. I was amazed they even thought of me. That was [number] one. A lot of times my management finds things, but I would say 90% out of 100%, these things come to me. I’m blessed.

Lil Kim on if she knew she’d one day be a brand
Well, I always knew that I was different. I always knew that I wasn’t going to come into the industry and just be labeled as a “female rapper.” I never even saw myself as just a female rapper, because I know that one thing I do very well is entertain. My mama always told me that, ever since I was a little girl. I would put on her shoes and put on her lipstick and stand in front of the mirror with my brush singing. I always knew that when I came into the industry I would elevate. I didn’t know a lot of the things that came to me would come. I thank God for it; I feel blessed. I can only be myself and do what I do the best. So yeah if that means something as wonderful and gracious as Three Olives Vodka comes my way, I’m gonna jump on it because that’s the direction I want to go in. I want to be universal, and that’s the one thing I feel also about Three Olives vodka is that everyone can enjoy it.

On her new book
I have my new book; it’s called The Price Of Loyalty – how ironic, right? It’s with St. Martin’s Press. We want to launch everything together so the fans have something to continuously pick up. It tells a story. A lot of times my story gets cut short [laughs]

Trey Songz Kisses A Fan, Makes Another Faint…

Trey Songz showed some fan appreciation this past weekend at HOT 97’s Summer Jam by pulling a fan on stage for a passionate kiss. He pulled her from the crowd and then slid behind her and made her say “Ahh”. He then finished off the performance by planting a big wet one on her lips.




While all of this was going on, he got another fan so worked up that she fainted and they carted her away

The Karate Kid" Premieres in Los Angeles

Gearing up for Friday’s release, “The Karate Kid” held its Los Angeles premiere last night (June 7) at the Mann Village Theatre and there were plenty of big names in the crowd.

Will Smith showed up with his wife Jada, and kids Willow, and Jaden (who stars in the film), all looking like the picture perfect family.

Also in the house was Jackie Chan, singer Ciara, Wuinton Aaron of “The Blind Side,” and actress Regina King.

Of her son Jaden’s preparation for the film, Jada told press, "It's a lot of hard work, tears, lots of tears. He has the drive of his father, for sure. When he wants something, he goes and he gets it by all means necessary."

2010 MTV Movie Awards: The Show, The Winners

Making for quite the entertaining evening, the 2010 MTV Movie Awards were held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Claifornia on Sunday evening (June 6).

As could be expected, "New Moon" cleaned up during the ceremony, taking home five nominations including the top honor, Best Movie.


Among the other winners were Anna Kendrick, Tom Felton and Amanda Seyfried, while Sandra Bullock scooped up the Generation Award.

Lindsay Lohan Hits the 2010 MTV Movie Awards

She’s always up for a night out, and Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving on the red carpet at the annual MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 6).

The “Mean Girls” actress sported a sparkling one-piece pants suit, making sure her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet was out of sight from all the cameras.


Sure to be quite the action-packed night, the MTV Movie Awards are being hosted by "Parks and Recreation" star Aziz Ansari.

The show will feature other performances by Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg and Christina Aguilera, and footage from the forthcoming "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." Presenters include Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and Robert Pattinson.

Jackson Kids Individual Trust Funds Worth $33 Million

Michael Jackson established detailed trust fund mandates for the distribution of his wealth in his Last Will and Testament documents, finalized and signed in 2002. Prince, Blanket and Paris have absolutely nothing to worry about financially, and will be left extremely well off. Their individual share of their father’s estate, at this point, is $33 million each, but over time that amount is likely to grow significantly.

The children will each receive an allowance from the fund until the age of 21. At age 30 they will receive one-third of their share, at age 35 one-half, and at age 40 they will have full access to the remainder.

The trust fund is currently worth $300 million. Several court-appointed trustees are managing the fund to ensure that the fortune remains properly invested and continues to increase in value.

Jackson split his estate up between his children, his mother and charity. He left a 40% share to his mother Katherine Jackson, 40% to be divided equally between his children, and the remaining 20% to charity. Katherine’s money will revert back to his children upon her death. His siblings, father and ex-wives were all left out of his will.

Some of the remaining Jackson family members are reportedly hostile about the way the money was allocated. It should be interesting to see how things unfold in the future, particularly if the health of the family matriarch begins to deteriorate. Michael’s mother, and the guardian of his children, recently celebrated her 80th birthday.

Khloe Kardashian Denies Pregnancy Rumors: “I’m Just Fat”

Khloe Kardashian’s husband and family have denied the rumors swirling that she is expecting and now Khloe has come forward to say she isn’t pregnant, just fat! Read more on what Khloe had to say below.

Khloe Kardashian has made no secret of the fact that she wants a baby with her husband Lamar Odom after her older sister, Kourtney, gave birth to a baby boy months ago.

Sources have stated that Khloe is pregnant but waiting to make the announcement on their reality show.

“I’m just fat,” Kardashian, 25, told reporters asking about a possible pregnancy at a Los Angeles Lakers game on Thursday.

When Khloe’s mother, Kris, was asked about the rumor she stated, “If Khloe was pregnant, we would be shouting it from the rooftops. So right now no, unless they’re really holding out on me. In that case, you’re both grounded.”

Lamar Odom was asked about the pregnancy rumors on Wednesday night and Odom stated, “I can’t confirm that.” Odom added, “I don’t think so.”

“She hasn’t told me if she was pregnant,” he went on to say. “I probably would be the first to know.”

Sources say if Khloe is expecting, she is likely to announce the big news on an episode on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Lady GaGa's Leathered-Up Transatlantic Flight

All dolled up for an outbound flight, Lady Gaga was spotted preparing to jet out of Heathrow Airport in London, England on Saturday (June 5).

The "Poker Face" singer happily stopped to sign autographs and take pictures with fans while clad in a leather studded jump suit and platform heels.


As she headed off to New York City, a paparazzo source tells that GaGa's thin frame wasn't suited for the normally skintight leather ensemble - so much so that during check-in she accidentally flashed her lady parts to the airport staffers and other passengers.

Tweeting just before takeoff, Lady GaGa wrote to her many fans and followers, "I have dreamt a lifetime to get on this flight to NewYork. I don't care if its summer. Leather, high heels, and a bad attitude. Here I come."

Making it safely on the transatlantic flight, the 24-year-old looked cheerful as she pranced out of JFK Airport towards an awaiting car with paparazzi on-hand for a warm welcome.

Rihanna: Red-Haired Rocker Chick

Having arrived in town after a stay in Turkey, Rihanna took the stage in Arganda del Rey, Spain on Saturday night (June 5).

With the crowd on-hand for the Rock in Rio Madrid Festival festivities going wild, the "Disturbia" darling dazzled with a sexy new red hairdo as she got the show started with a heavy-hitting version of "Hard".


Continuing along with the set, the Barbadian beauty offered up stirring performances of songs including "Shut Up and Drive," "Fire Bomb," and "Disturbia".

With a number of other tunes coming in between, RiRi closed the show out with "Run this Town" followed by her first chart-topping hit song, "Umbrella".

Later that night, Drake and Nicki Minaj hit the stage in Hartford CT for 93.7’s Hot Jam. After they performed “Bedrock” Drake says, “Can I say something in front of Hartford?”. Drake went on to say:

Singer Mariah Carey, 41, used fertility treatments to help things along and is now reportedly expecting twins!

Mariah and husband Nick, 29, visited the Southern California Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills on Mother’s Day.

Mariah has not confirmed her pregnancy, reportedly waiting until she has made it past her first trimester for the announcement.

Cannon, 29, has spoken out about his wife’s right to privacy saying, “If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally,” he wrote on Twitter Wednesday night. “Thanks for being respectful GodBless.”

Nick Cannon, the host of “America’s Got Talent” later tweeted, “My heart goes out to any woman who has to deal with public scrutiny and speculation pertaining to their private life REAL TALK!”

Then Thursday morning Nick said on his radio show, “I’m pretty sure that when my wife is ready to make any announcement it won’t be to the media, to the public, first,” he said. “She’ll tell her family, she’ll tell her friends, and then, you know, when she’s ready to share with the rest of the world, who is her extended family and friends, then she’ll let everybody know.”

Nick has joked around about possible baby names stating,, “We’re gonna do it like George Foreman,” he stated on his radio show, ‘Rollin.’ ” We’re gonna name all of our kids Mariah no matter if they’re boys or girls.
