No Doubt Rocks Out on “Today”

They’re on the cusp of a major comeback tour, and this morning (May 1) No Doubt showed up at NBC Studios to perform on the “Today” show.

Gwen Stefani and Co. looked to be in fine form as they took the stage, all wearing coordinated black and white costumes as they cranked out a few of their hits.




This time around, the “Don’t Speak” rockers are doing things a little bit differently, using a tour to catalyze their creativity to record a new studio album.

According to Stefani, being a full-time mom for the past two years made it hard to write new songs on command, so she’s relying on the energy of their fans to inspire her

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cutie looked mighty excited as she hung on the arm of Tampa Bay Buccaneer Derrick Ward on a romantic date night.



Looking to score some gourmet eats, the adorable twosome headed out to Katsu-Ya in Los Angeles where they were met with a plethora of paparazzi.

The night before, Khloe was busy getting into the retro vibe while showing off her killer curves at the Pepsi Throwback Launch party held at World on Wheels.

Beyonce Knowles Jets Out of JFK

Ready to get started on her world tour, Beyonce Knowles was spotted preparing for takeoff at JFK airport in New York City on Saturday (April 25).

Accompanied by her mother, Tina Knowles, the “Irreplaceable” songstress was decked out in all-black as she headed towards her departing terminal gate.



In related news, Beyonce has to be happy with her just-released movie, “Obsessed,” which has fared better than expected at the box office.

Preliminary reports tell that the movie will top the weekend box office, thanks to an $11.2 million opening day on Friday (April 24).

Michael Jackson Involved In Hit-And-Run With Ambulance?

Jamin Mauro, an EMT, says Michael Jackson got in an SUV that fled the scene of a collision.

Emergency medical technician Jamin Mauro and his partner were waiting outside Cedars-Sinai hospital when a black Cadillac Escalade ran into their vehicle, sideswiping the ambulance and knocking a mirror off the emergency vehicle. But the Escalade driver just jumped out with an umbrella and went into the hospital and met Michael Jackson.

“We were hit by the Escalade, and I was taking pictures for my company insurance,” Mauro said. “About 30 seconds after, Jackson walked out of a medical building. He jumped into the Escalade and they sped off.”

Mauro stated that a nurse did say that Michael Jackson had been in the building.

It would make sense for Jackson to be in town for his public exhibition conducted by Julien’s Auctions. Items being presented range from his “iconic white-jeweled glove to the grandiose entry gates to Neverland Ranch,” according to juliensauctions.com.

The Beverly Hills Police Department issued a statement about the incident and said paparazzi had been following the Escalade at the time of the collision.

“The suspect’s vehicle, a dark colored SUV, struck a parked vehicle causing moderate damage to the victim’s vehicle. The suspect’s vehicle was being followed by a group of paparazzi at the time of the collision,” according to the statement.

Mauro and his partner were banged up in the crash, but more upset that the driver of the Escalade took off without exchanging information

“I don’t know if Jackson told him to leave or not,” Mauro said. “But they should have stayed.”

Rapper DMX To Join VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” Show

Rapper DMX will reportedly join the third season of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” show. Read more on DMX below.


DMX, 38, will join “Celebrity Rehab” for their upcoming third season. The show’s resident drug counselor, Bob Forrest told RadarOnline.com. DMX is the first star to join this years cast.

There are many celebrities rumored to also join the show, including Aaron Carter. Other celebrities rumored to be on the show include former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and 80’s rocker of Skid Row, Sebastian Bach.

The “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” series will follow the celebrity patients who will undergo a 21-day detox and treatment at a rehab center in Los Angeles.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, is serving 90 days in prison, and reportedly is scheduled for release next month

During Britney Spears’ concert at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California show on Wednesday night, Britney left a track of her hair extensions behind while performing.

The hair extension was trapped behind her head and was pulled out as she was being lifted into the air by a male performer attached to the ceiling.

Britney almost certainly saw the hair extension that was left behind on the chaise and seemed to cover it when she was back on the lounger. Pretty funny though!

Britney Spears’ “Peeper” Miranda Tozier-Robbins Speaks

Britney Spears is away on her Circus tour throughout California this week, and Spears’ alleged trespasser Miranda Tozier-Robbins is speaking out on why she snuck onto Britney’s property and was peeping in the windows.


Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was previously an American Idol contestant who says she has been in Los Angeles for about a month and is looking for work in the entertainment industry, one being paparazzi-like documentary filmmaking.

Tozier-Robbins said Britney’s house was chosen because of its convenient location and knowing Britney was away on her Circus tour.

“The documentary is more or less just, [me] on the way to Britney’s house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods,” says Tozier-Robbins.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins says she is a fan of Britney’s but is not a stalker. “There’s no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney’s stalker, because I sure as heck don’t want it, you know!”

Tozier-Robbins made it onto Spears’ property but was immediately caught by a security guard and arrested for trespassing. She received a citation and was released.


“I learned my lesson,” she says. “What I was doing was paparazzi work preparation. I’d like to do some paparazzi gigs—it’s a start.”

But Miranda’s story seems to keep changing…as to why she snuck onto Britney’s property.

When speaking to Access Hollywood on Friday, she claimed that it was all a joke in the beginning, one that “everyone knew about.”

For now, Tozier-Robbins says she’s just awaiting her day in court so she can reclaim her confiscated “documentary” footage.

Amy Winehouse Wants To Adopt A Child

Amy Winehouse is said to be seeking to adopt a child from St. Lucia, where she is now living. Ummm… is it just us or does this sound like a very bad idea? Read more below.


A UK magazine is reporting that Amy Winehouse is considering adoption. A source said, “Amy is seriously thinking about adopting. But she is aware it’s going to be incredibly difficult with her background.”

This seems like a very poor idea, but apparently Winehouse has always wanted to be a mother.

“She has always wanted to be a mother. She loves St. Lucia and would move there for good in order to adopt.”

Winehouse is said to really admire Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and wants to help underprivileged kids on the island.

Amy’s spokesman revealed: “Amy was talking about adopting in the context of looking after children on the island, perhaps through some kind of music and education-based project.”

But some wonder if her desire to have a child could stem from her estranged husband Blake Fielder Civil expecting a child with the woman he cheated on Amy with in rehab.

Beyonce Knowles: Lovely at Letterman

After showing up in a colorful blue ensemble, Beyonce Knowles made a quick change of clothes before stepping back outside of the Ed Sullivan Theatre on Wednesday afternoon (April 22).

The “Irreplaceable” songstress was on-hand for a taping of the “Late Show with David Letterman,” looking marvelous in a cute white dress with matching open toe heels.




Meanwhile, Beyonce recently commented on the much-talked-about Howard Stern airing of what he claims to be an unedited sound board recording of Beyonce singing an atrocious version of “If I Were a Boy”.

Telling that she has yet to hear the recording, the “Dreamgirls” star said the story"sounds completely ridiculous,” adding, “Everyone’s heard me sing and it’s perfect timing, actually, because I’ll be on the Today show tomorrow singing ‘Halo,’ or tonight you can watch me sing live on David Letterman! It’s perfect promotion, whoever came up with that idea.”

When asked by TMZ.com if he and Rihanna are dating, he offered a simple “No” and said there was no romance there.

But sources close to singer Rihanna say she has re-established her relationship with R&B star Chris Brown and that the two are quietly living together.

Although Brown hasn’t “officially” moved in with Rihanna, they have spent “quite a few nights together,” said a source who is family friend of Rihanna’s family.


News of the couple living together seems odd months after their high-profile fight before the Grammy Awards. Rihanna was badly beaten by Brown, who has been charged with assault and faces jail time.

Rihanna’s family and friends have urged her to move on from Chris Brown but Rihanna loves him.

My source says: “Unfortunately, Rihanna still wants him and has told all of us to ‘get over yourselves. … I’m with him, so deal with it.’ ”

But Rihanna and Chris are going to try and keep their relationship on the down-low “for a while.”

Ever since he played Peter Allen, a flamboyantly gay singer-songwriter on Broadway, rumors have been swirling that Hugh Jackman has a thing for the fellas.

The oh-so-confident actor (who’s been married to a woman for over a decade), recently told Parade magazine, “I’d be happy to go and deny it, because I’m not. But by denying it, I’m saying there is something shameful about it, and there isn’t anything shameful.”



Jackman continued, “The questions about sexuality I find more here in America than anywhere else, because it’s a big hang-up and defines what people think about themselves and others. It’s not a big issue in Australia.”

As for the reason behind her press duties, Miss Knowles happeans to be promoting her soon-to-be-released movie, “Obsessed”.

Due in theaters this Friday (April 24), the film’s synopsis via IMDB reads: “A successful asset manager, who has just received a huge promotion, is blissfully happy in his career and in his marriage. But a temp worker starts stalking him, all the things he’s worked so hard for are placed in jeopardy.”

Ellen DeGeneres was honored by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) for an episode of her show containing details of her wedding with Portia De Rossi.

GLAAD recognizes media for their representation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.



The Ellen DeGeneres Show won the Outstanding Talk Show Episode award which was entitled, “Ellen & Portia’s Wedding Day.”

After the show, Ellen and Portia went to Madeo and enjoyed each others’ company while holding hands. Portia looked striking in a red one shoulder and Ellen dressed spiffy in a suit and her signature tennis shoes.

Enjoying an eventful evening, Brooke Hogan was out at the All Star Birthday Bash and Record Release party for her new boyfriend Stack$ at SOBE in Miami over the weekend (April 17).
