There’s something about motherhood that has made Nicole Richie more beautiful and vibrant than ever. And she was spotted doing her motherly duty yesterday.

The Simple Life cutie made the most of her Memorial Day afternoon by spending some quality time with her daughter Harlow on a stroll around her neighborhood. And after Sunday’s festivities, it was surely a much-needed low-key day.
The day before, Richie, her boyfriend/babydaddy Joel Madden, and Harlow all attended Kingston Rossdale’s 2nd Birthday party in Malibu.

And it sounds like Nicole’s mothering proficiency has already made an impression on Babytalk Magazine, as they’ve awarded her a Golden Pacifier Award.

Editor-in-Chief Lisa Moran told press, “Honoring Nicole Richie with a Babytalk Golden Pacifier Award might come as a surprise to some, but we felt that she deserved some recognition for her turnaround since becoming a mom. She’s grown up a lot since the arrival of little Harlow, and her creation of the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation has demonstrated her efforts to set a good example by shining a spotlight on important issues affecting today’s families.”

She’s a divorce lawyer’s dream, but Pamela Anderson looked to be getting awfully cozy with her ex-husband Tommy Lee yesterday.

The longtime-divorcees treated their sons Brandon and Dylan to a family fun day on the beach yesterday as part of their Memorial Day weekend.

At the same time, the Baywatch babe was also filming some footage for her new reality show, giving her viewers a chance to see her behind-the-scenes life.

According to press, Pammie has said that Tommy, her first hubby, is the love of her life, hence her other two divorces from Kid Rock and Rick Salomon. They’re currently good friends and reportedly still love each other.

Whitney Port Talks Hills Drama!!

She’s one of the more low-key stars of MTV’s The Hills, but Whitney Port is keeping a close eye on everything going on around her… and now she’s dishing about it.

The blonde beauty recently told press that the apparent feud between Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge is par for the course these days. “Living with girls can be really difficult and it’s inevitable that you aren’t always going to get along.”

She continued, “I think that’s what they’re going through but it gets magnified times a million on television. I think they’re just having normal roommate drama and it’ll all mend itself.”

As for her own involvement with the show, Whitney says she has made a “complete conscious decision” to leave her personal life out of it. She says, “[I]went into it thinking I wanted to be completely career-oriented. Having cameras around you on a date or with your family is just so uncomfortable.”

And her family can’t get enough. “They think it’s crazy. I have two younger sisters and an older sister and brother and they watch it and just think it’s weird and surreal. But, you know, they laugh about it.”

It feels like Miley Cyrus is constantly embroiled in some sort of controversy. With a slew of questionable pictures being passed around the Internet, followed by a widely-criticized Vanity Fair photo shoot, you’d think the “Hannah Montana” starlet would know when to say when.

Unfortunately for her, though, a few more sexy pictures of her in her underwear with her shirt pulled up have surfaced, raising the question of what’s really going on in her head.

After all, she and her father Billy Ray have been trying so hard to promote a wholesome Christian image. So it doesn’t make sense that she’d be releasing all of these pictures that have served to counteract her efforts to remain above reproach.

Then again, the pictures could all have been part of one big mistake, the result of an isolated incident that keeps coming back to haunt her. Either way, Miss Cyrus is bound to receive another round of criticism from her conservative fanbase.

They have a second child on the way, and Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale look to be loving the domestic scene more than ever.

During yesterday’s Memorial Day holiday, the “Wind it Up” songstress looked over the balcony of a Malibu beach house to observe her husband and son Kingston enjoying some father-son bonding on the beach.

Gwen looked very happily pregnant in a black maternity tank top with a floor-length printed skirt, while her rockstar hubby opted for the classic white t-shirt/black jeans/white belt look as he clutched their 2-year-old in one hand and a BlackBerry Curve in the other.

The day before, Gwen and Gavin hosted a celebrity-studded birthday bash for the youngster, inviting stars like Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman, and Victoria Beckham.

Ashley Tisdale’s Memorial Day Workout

Recently returned from a family trip to Santa Barbara over the weekend, Ashley Tisdale was spotted heading off to the gym in Universal City, California on Monday (May 26).

Carrying a bottle of Fiji water, her wallet and car keys in hand, the Disney star has been enjoying a break in her schedule following the filming of “High School Musical 3”.

Miss Tisdale is also starring in the soon-to-be-released movie “Picture This”, which is a teen comedy about “an unpopular high school senior named Mandy who lands a date to the biggest party of the year with Drew, the schools hottest guy. Seal Sends Heidi Off with a Kiss

Always the romantic husband, Seal was spotted planting a passionate kiss goodbye onto Heidi Klum as he dropped her and the kids off at LAX airport on Sunday (May 25).

And with the family out of town, Seal (born Sealhenry Olusegun Olumide Samuel) will have the quiet time necessary as he prepares for a big concert on Saturday as part of the 2008 Black & White Ball.

Talking about his desire to keep working despite being married to the world’s second highest paid model, Seal told press: “You name me any family man that works less once he has a family. I thought the whole point is to work more.”

“I wouldn’t say I’ve slowed down. In fact, I’d say the opposite. I work more, especially in this day and age with regards to our industry. You can’t survive on selling records. People think that the more successful you are, the less you work, but it’s actually the opposite,” he continued.

“You don’t necessarily work to make money,” Seal says. “You work because that’s the very thing that made you successful in the first place. It’s to do with your drive. It’s not necessarily to do with accumulating more money or more wealth. It’s more to do with that’s what you’re here for. That’s your responsibility. That’s your personality type. Just because you have a family, that drive doesn’t disappear.”

Brooke Hogan’s Weekend Fender Bender...Her brother Nick totaled his yellow Toyota Supra last August. And now, Brooke Hogan has been involved in a car accident in Clearwater, Florida on Sunday (May 25).

According to press reports, “The incident occurred at 4 p.m. when Brooke collided with another vehicle on the Bayside Bridge. The other driver, 19-year-old Ronald Gallmon, attempted to change lanes and lost control of his vehicle, colliding head-on with Hogan’s Mercedes.”“My tire blew out, but she hit us,” Gallmon told Fox News of the accident, in which no charges have been filed at this point.

Meanwhile, Brooke wrote on her MySpace page: “I don’t know if you heard, but my friend and I got into a really bad car accident today ourselves . . . As I turned on my car I clicked my seatbelt. As we pulled out onto the road, I looked over and realized my friend didn’t have her seatbelt on. I reminded her to put it on and the minute she clicked it, a car crashed into us. It was a horrible car accident, one that most would be severely hurt in, but we had our seatbelts on and they kept us in tight.”

Socialite turned reality star Kim Kardashian spent Sunday night mingling and letting loose amid white party hosting duties at The White House, a sprawling nightclub in Hampton Bays.

Accompanied by her running back boyfriend Reggie Bush, Kardashian told People magazine: “White is actually one of my favorite colors. I have a white car. I love white. When the opportunity came up to be in the Hamptons – I’d never been in the Hamptons before – and to host a white party at the White House, it just seemed right.”
Meanwhile, Reggie was less talkative - letting Kim speak for him. “I’m not doing interviews,” Bush said, with Kim jumping in to say: “His training camp starts in a week in New Orleans and he just started his mini camp, so he has the next few days off before he buckles down.”

And as a special treat, Kim had the pleasure of entertaining Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, who decided to attend the youthful shindig with his girlfriend, Eren.

They’ve been staying at a friend’s place in the South of France for the past few weeks, and it seems Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have taken a liking to the area.

So much so, that they’ve reportedly just purchased a $60 million, 1,000-acre estate in the region. With that kind of room, there’s no telling how many Jolie-Pitts will be eventually running around!

According to a source, “It’s called Chateau Miraval in a village called Brignol, which is near from Aix-en-Provence. And it’s absolutely unbelievable. Brad and Angelina are thrilled, they love the place and have already been furniture shopping to fill the place as it’s massive. They’ve already spent almost another million on furniture and the whole family can’t wait to move in.”

The new Brangelina ranch contains 35 bedrooms, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, a vineyard, a forest with a lake, a gym with sauna, and a banquet hall.

Still basking in the glow of their recent nuptials, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were spotted pulling up to LAX Airport in a luxurious Rolls Royce yesterday, prepping to board a flight to Japan.

The happy-go-lucky newlyweds sported huge grins as they were escorted into the airport’s terminal by their several bodyguards.

Looking sexy, the “Touch My Body” songstress was sporting a white, black, and red cropped leather jacket overtop a black minidress with black stockings and a pair of black platform heels. Her hubby opted for a similar color scheme, with a black, red, and white zip-up hoodie with some loose-fit jeans.

Then, earlier today they were spotted at Narita International Airport in Japan, looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. They must’ve gotten some sleep on that massive flight.

And the rumors that these two are planning on dropping $4 million on a lavish ceremony to go with their nuptials this summer are reportedly false.
